How much does BruneiShop cost?
BruneiShop is free while we're in our testing phase. We'll give plenty of notice before introducing a simple monthly plan, and we never take a cut of your sales.
How do my customers pay?
Customers transfer to your bank account (BIBD, Baiduri, TAIB, Standard Chartered or any other bank) and upload a photo or screenshot of their receipt at checkout. You check it and tap Approve. You can also turn on cash on delivery or pay at pickup. Card payments are coming later.
How will I know when I get an order?
New orders appear in your dashboard straight away with a badge on the Orders tab. After ordering, your customer can send you their order details on WhatsApp with one tap, and you can reply to them with a ready-made message from the order page.
Do I need a website or any tech skills?
No. Sign up with your email, answer 5 quick questions (shop name, logo, contact, payment, look) and your shop is live. Adding a product takes about two minutes from your phone.
What's my shop link?
Your shop gets its own link, like bruneishop.com/yourshop. Share it on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. Links show a preview with your shop or product photo.
Can I offer delivery and pickup?
Yes. Turn on self-pickup, delivery, or both. You set your own delivery areas and fees (Brunei-Muara, Tutong, Belait, Temburong or your own areas). Customers choose at checkout and the fee is added automatically.
Can I change how my shop looks?
Yes. Pick a colour theme or your own brand colour, a background colour, one of 8 font styles, and add your logo and banner. Every photo can be framed to fit before uploading, so your shop always looks neat.
Is my information safe?
Passwords are handled by our secure login provider and nobody at BruneiShop can see them. Payment receipts are private to you, and card details are never stored.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login page, tap "Forgot password?", enter your email, and we'll send you a link to set a new one.
How do I give feedback or report a problem?
Use the feedback form at the bottom of the homepage or in your dashboard under More. We read every message.
